About MIA
MIA’S Classic Interior Design is an interior design service located in Plymouth, Massachusetts. I am a solo designer with family roots in the floral design business. At the age of 14, my father introduced me to this area of design which I pursued throughout my high school and college years.
While floral design was my first love, I went on to pursue a career in healthcare management. After retiring from this very rewarding career, I took on a major project at my own home, which included a complete first floor renovation, and the redesign and installation of a new kitchen. It is this project which re-kindled my love and passion for design and my interest in returning to the design world in full force.
As a design visionary, I love the challenge of mixing colors, fabrics and furnishings to capture the styles and personalities of my clients. To achieve this goal, I work to forge a strong client partnership through on-going collaboration and communication.

MIA’S Classic Interior Design is able to provide a full array of design services or design consultations only, for any project you are considering. If your needs involve a wider scope and require furniture painting or restoration, window treatments, re-upholstering, furniture purchasing, or budget friendly consignment furnishings, etc., MIA’S is able to directly assist with your choices and purchases, and/or make referrals to design partners to assist.
Of note, I have worked closely with Plymouth Upholstery and Decor, The Plymouth Furniture Consignment Gallery, Middleboro Metamorphosis Design (furniture painter), downtown Plymouth Setting the Space sales representatives, Bourne Cape and Island Kitchen Designers, and a host of other local vendors to complete my project and that of other clients. Noteworthy, in my portfolio is the framed tulip print of Ronalee Crocker, originator of the oil painting. Ronalee is a talented artist whose work is regularly showcased at the Christina Gallery in Edgartown, Martha’s Vineyard.
Please know no project is too small to undertake! I am particularly interested in new homeowners who are looking for consultation on the design and choice of decor for their new home.
